A Photographic Look at Fairfax County: Then and Now
Ms. Gretchen Bulova, the Fairfax County 275th Commemoration Committee Chairwoman, asked the OLLI Photo Club to participate in the celebration of Fairfax County's 275th anniversary. We enthusiastically agreed and established a project to photograph the current appearance of historical structures. The photos were exhibited at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton as "A Photographic Look at Fairfax County: Then and Now."

Although our 275th year has come to an end, we encourage everyone to go out and continue to embrace the county’s magnificent history – either by visiting an historic site, attending a local history lecture, or even reading one of the county’s many history books.
